Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Auto Sunshades website (autosunshades.com.au), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, use for commercial purpose, or transfer the materials.

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. It is your responsibility to select the correct vehicle make, model, and year when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect fitment due to customer error.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7 days. Pre-order items are delivered within 3–4 weeks. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD. Shipping costs for orders under this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Free return if faulty

We offer a free return within 30 days if the product is faulty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for details. Free return within 30 days if faulty; change-of-mind returns are accepted with return shipping at your cost.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Sunshades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
